AR Billing Clerk
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an organization in Chandler, AZ 85225. This company is in search of a Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist. This role is Direct Hire to permanently join a stable and growing company. The schedule is Monday-Friday 7:00am-4pm. This role will be fully in office 100% of the time. The targeting salary is between $50-$65k DOE and degree.
This position is ideal for someone with at least two plus years of experience in an Accounts Receivable department doing Billing within the accounting and finance sector.
Responsibilities:
Generate and send out invoices accurately and timely
Process payments and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Reconcile discrepancies in billing records
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Communicate with customers to resolve billing inquiries and issues
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing information
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience in AR/Billing, within accounting and finance
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
Experience with an ERP accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) is a plus
