Job Posting: Contract Accounts Payable Analyst
Location: Chandler, AZ Duration: 3-4 months Compensation: $24-$26 per hour
LHH is excited to partner with a reputable client in Chandler, AZ, in their search for a skilled Contract Accounts Payable (AP) Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional looking to contribute to a dynamic team and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vendor Aging Management: Ensure vendor agings are current to facilitate a smooth end-of-month close.
- Invoice Processing: Handle high volumes of invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
- Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies promptly.
- 1099 Preparation: Assist in the preparation and processing of 1099 forms.
- Excel Proficiency: Utilize strong Excel skills to manage data, perform analyses, and support reporting needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data manipulation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve discrepancies.
- Experience with 1099 processing is a plus.
