Bilingual Administrative Assistant

$20.00 - $22.00 per Hour
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate meetings, including setting up virtual meetings and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintain and update records and databases.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, volunteers, and staff.
- Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish.
- Support the planning and execution of events and programs.
- Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal proficiency required).
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Non-profit experience preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
