Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish) Position: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Spanish) Location: Chamblee, GA Salary: $20-$22 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, In-Office Job Type: Contract Job Overview: The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to our client’s staff and programs, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within their organization and with the community we serve. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, including setting up virtual meetings and preparing meeting materials.
  • Maintain and update records and databases.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, volunteers, and staff.
  • Translate documents and communications between English and Spanish.
  • Support the planning and execution of events and programs.
  • Assist with other tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal proficiency required).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Non-profit experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
