HR Coordinator – Temp-to-Hire Location: Chalfont, PA Pay Rate: Up to $27/hour Job Type: Temporary to Hire
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
Support payroll and benefits administration processes as needed.
Address employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
Coordinate and track training sessions and HR initiatives.
Assist in organizing company events and engagement activities.
Qualifications:
2+ years of HR experience, preferably in a coordinator or generalist role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
