LHH is partnering with a long-time client to find an experienced Program Manager to join their team in Camarillo, CA!


Responsibilities:



  • Shape and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap in line with business goals and the needs of military aircrews.


  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities in the military aviation sector.


  • Assist Product Owners in managing the product backlog, prioritizing features based on value and strategic alignment.


  • Develop detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect aircrew workflows.


  • Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery of reliable solutions.


  • Create high-value features to address emerging needs of military aviation users.


  • Evaluate project performance and gather user feedback to refine the product roadmap.


  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to military aviation.


  • Represent military aircrews, ensuring the product meets and exceeds their expectations.


  • Mentor and coach a team of Product Owners on best practices and stakeholder management.


  • Promote a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the product team.


Qualifications:



  • Proven experience in mentoring junior team members.


  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.


  • Data-driven decision-making mindset with experience in analyzing data.


  • Experience in developing products that solve real user problems for military aircrews.


  • Ability to work independently; self-starter.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs.


  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.


  • US citizenship required.


Salary: $85,000.00 USD to $120,000.00 USD annually
