LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a Healthcare Organization in Bucks County, PA seeking a Director of Recruitment. This role will be onsite initially and you must have strong supervisory experience within Healthcare recruiting. Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of Healthcare recruiters
Lead and mentor a team of Recruiters with a focus on healthcare roles, providing guidance and performance reviews.
Create and implement recruitment strategies for healthcare sectors
Work with internal teams to assess staffing needs and ensure healthcare services are fully staffed.
Use innovative sourcing methods to find healthcare candidates, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
Build strong relationships with educational institutions, healthcare organizations, and professional associations to maintain a healthcare talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in recruiting, with a focus on healthcare professionals.
Proven success in recruiting and hiring healthcare professionals across various settings.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities and a results-driven mindset.
Prior experience in healthcare recruitment is required.
Compensation
$135,000 - $145,000
