LHH is seeking a CPQ Developer (Oracle iQuotes/BigMachines) to work onsite in Brea, CA for a 9-month contract with a leading global organization. This role will be a key contributor to the Global SFDC/CRM/CPQ Team, supporting critical business functions including Field Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Management, Product Management, Legal, and Finance.
Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process and strong expertise in Oracle CPQ (BigMachines). This role requires hands-on development with Oracle CPQ scripting (BML), Java, and other scripting languages. The candidate must be able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
This position offers an opportunity to design and implement Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) solutions, supporting sales automation, pricing configurations, and CRM/ERP integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and develop Oracle CPQ (BigMachines) solutions to support complex quoting and pricing requirements.
Enhance commerce pricing and approval functions to support a growing global business.
Integrate Oracle CPQ with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP to streamline data exchange.
Develop and maintain BML scripts to meet custom business logic requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
Ensure seamless migration of CPQ configurations between sandbox and production environments.
Maintain CPQ system upgrades and implement best practices to optimize system performance.
Develop custom reports and dashboards to track sales operations and quote performance.
Required Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience in CPQ development with a focus on Oracle CPQ (BigMachines).
Strong proficiency in BML (BigMachines Language), Java, and scripting languages.
Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.
Hands-on experience integrating Oracle CPQ with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP.
Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST Web Services for CPQ system integrations.
Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle EBS, Siebel, Eloqua, Xactly Incent, or Varicent.
Certifications in Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, or Business Analysis.
This role requires onsite work in Brea, CA, Monday through Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM PT.
