Position Overview:

As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department with various tasks and projects. This position requires a dedicated professional with a minimum of three years of HR experience, who is ready to bring their expertise to a growing organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Employee Relations: Address employee inquiries, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.


  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process.


  • Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


  • HR Policies: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.


  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.


  • Performance Management: Support the performance review process, including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback.


  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.


  • HR Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports for management review.


Qualifications:



  • Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in a Human Resources role.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.


  • Skills:



    • Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


    • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.


    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
