Senior Full Stack Developer
Our team is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to build and maintain high-volume, mission-critical web applications. This role will require hands-on coding, collaboration, and leadership, utilizing technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, React, Web API, and SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing scalable, high-performing systems and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
**This is a W2 contract role and we are unable to provide sponsorship or work with any candidate on a C2C basis.*
Position Overview
As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will:
Lead the design and development of web applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
Act as a mentor to junior developers, guiding them in coding best practices and architectural principles.
Proactively identify and address system performance and quality issues.
Participate in Agile Scrum SDLC processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development:
Develop enterprise-level applications using ASP.NET MVC, React, Web API, and SQL Server.
Write efficient, scalable, and reusable multi-tier components for high-volume systems.
Ensure seamless integration across system components and external APIs.
Technical Design and Problem-Solving:
Analyze requirements, contribute to technical designs, and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Proactively raise concerns about potential quality, performance, or architectural issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges effectively, ensuring system reliability and stability.
Collaboration and Mentorship:
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to align technical implementation with business goals.
Provide mentorship and technical support to team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.
Foster a collaborative team environment and promote best practices in software development.
Agile Development Practices:
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Utilize Agile methodologies to deliver iterative, high-quality software solutions.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
8+ years of experience developing software in C# / .NET.
6+ years of experience building web applications using ASP.NET, with MVC experience highly preferred.
6+ years of experience working with React, with TypeScript experience as a plus.
Proven track record of designing and delivering multi-tier components for high-volume systems.
Database Expertise:
Proficiency in SQL Server, with experience using Entity Framework a plus.
Web API Development:
Experience developing and integrating ASP.NET Web APIs.
Preferred Skills and Competencies
Experience with load balancing technologies and high-availability system design.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies and best practices.
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills, with an ability to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
