Job Title: Account Manager Duration: Direct hire Location: Onsite in Beaverton, OR with one day per week remote Salary: $50K-$65K DOE Benefits: 100% company-paid medical premiums, dental and vision, 401K with company match, PTO + holidays


Job Description:


LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our long-standing client's team in a hybrid role based in Beaverton, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce sales support, order management, or account management, with a customer oriented mindset and a proven track record of success in these areas.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Manage and support ecommerce sales activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.


  • Oversee order management processes, from order entry to fulfillment.


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service.


  • Utilize ecommerce portals such as Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy to manage product listings, orders, and customer inquiries.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.


  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


  • Partner with the Sales team to assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals.



Qualifications:



  • 2+ years of experience in ecommerce sales support, order management, or account management.


  • Proficiency in using ecommerce portals for Retail partners such as Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy is highly preferred.


  • Experience with ERP systems is a significant advantage.


  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
