Job Description:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our long-standing client's team in a hybrid role based in Beaverton, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce sales support, order management, or account management, with a customer oriented mindset and a proven track record of success in these areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support ecommerce sales activities, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Oversee order management processes, from order entry to fulfillment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service.
Utilize ecommerce portals such as Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy to manage product listings, orders, and customer inquiries.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Partner with the Sales team to assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in ecommerce sales support, order management, or account management.
Proficiency in using ecommerce portals for Retail partners such as Amazon, Walmart, and Best Buy is highly preferred.
Experience with ERP systems is a significant advantage.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
