Job Description:

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join the team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and a strong understanding of the 3-way match process. This role is fully on-site and requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Process invoices and payments accurately and timely

• 
  

  Perform 3-way match to ensure accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts

• 
  

  Reconcile accounts payable transactions

• 
  

  Maintain vendor files and resolve any discrepancies

• 
  

  Assist with month-end closing and reporting

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Minimum of 3 years of accounts payable experience

• 
  

  Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

• 
  

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
