Part Time Benefits and Payroll Administrator

- Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll and benefits systems.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and benefits regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits issues.
- Assist with the preparation of payroll and benefits reports for management.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure seamless payroll and benefits administration.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll and benefits laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration, preferably in a law firm or similar professional environment.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of payroll and benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The exact schedule will be determined based on the needs of the firm and the availability of the candidate.
