Community Development Coordinator
LHH is seeking an exceptional, detail-oriented professional to serve as the onsite coordinator and assist the current team with administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be available for on-site support to start off as a temporary role eventually to go permanent.
Responsibilities:- Office & Property Management: Oversee daily operations, conduct property walkthroughs, and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Front Desk Support: Answer calls, greet guests, manage check-ins, and provide a welcoming environment.
- IT & AV Support: Troubleshoot conference room tech, printers, and other office equipment.
- Mail & Packages: Track and distribute mail and packages, scan and forward to the right parties.
- Expense & Budget Management: Monitor building expenses, track budget variances, and assist with future planning.
- Vendor & Lease Management: Manage vendor relationships, assist with lease renewals, and ensure timely contract execution.
- Invoice Processing: Follow up on payments, submit invoices for approval, and manage invoicing records.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Assist with event setup, catering, and ensuring smooth operations.
- Community Engagement: Support tenant/member onboarding, plan internal events, and build relationships with local businesses.
- Marketing Support: Assist with lead follow-ups, tours, and help manage social media content and engagement.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- Professional and personable, with a friendly demeanor.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or similar roles is a plus.
