$24.00 - $31.00 per Hour
- Approve invoices and create/approve self-bills for US and Canadian 3PLs, including freight, packaging, warehouse storage, hopper car storage, and other logistics expenses.
- Interacte with 3PLs and carriers to resolve invoice discrepancies, negotiate rates, and ensure timely payments.
- Handle and process large volumes of invoice data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work closely with the iFlo program and Accounts Payable department to ensure a smooth invoice processing workflow.
- Collaboration with various departments (e.g., Supply Chain, Accounts Payable, Finance) to ensure smooth workflow and data accuracy
- Serve as the master data requestor for new vendors and warehouses.
- Provide general assistance to the supply chain group on any data collection needs.
- Assist in special projects, presentations, and other assignments as needed.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal functions, businesses, carriers, and suppliers to support efficient distribution and storage of product.
- Identify opportunities for improvement within the logistics process
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, or supply chain management.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Monday- Friday
- Pay $25-$30 an hour depending on experience
