Senior Staff/Project Accountant

LHH has been invited to assist in the search for a solid Senior Staff /Project Accountant to join the growing team in the engineering or construction industry located near Midtown! The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of recent, full cycle accounting experience with large ERP proficiency and advanced Excel to include pivot tables, sumif, vlookup, etc.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree - Accounting or Finance
• Public accounting experience is a plus
• 3+ years of recent project accounting in the engineering or construction industry

Responsibilities:

• Financial statement preparation
• General ledger, journal entries, accruals
• Reconciliations
• Month-end close
• Monthly billing, AP/AR
