Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and collaborative Quickbase Administrator to assist in the development and management of a Quickbase system for a major 5-year ERP project. This position is contract-based and will require working closely with the project manager, who is responsible for change management across this large-scale initiative. The ideal candidate will transition the project's information from Excel spreadsheets to a customized Quickbase system, ensuring that all critical data is organized, accessible, and easily manageable.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive Quickbase system to track and manage ERP project information.
Work closely with the project manager to identify key data points, workflows, and organizational structures for the system.
Migrate existing data from Excel spreadsheets into Quickbase.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the system is user-friendly, intuitive, and meets the project's needs.
Continuously refine and optimize the Quickbase platform as project requirements evolve.
Provide training and support to team members on using Quickbase effectively.
Ensure data integrity, perform regular updates, and troubleshoot any system issues.
Communicate progress, challenges, and updates to the project manager and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Quickbase administration, development, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with data migration.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
