Are you a fully fluent in Spanish, passionate about sustainable causes, and interested in ethical trading and textile recycling?

LHH has partnered with a small firm in west Midtown Atlanta in the search for a Logistics Coordinator who will play a central role in the company's mission of reusing and recycling textiles on a domestic and international level! The ideal candidate brings 2 years of general professional experience (internships included), is fully bilingual in Spanish on a written and spoken level, is looking for a culturally diverse working environment that spreads across many continents, and wants to be a part of an organization driven by an environmental mission.

PERKS

  • $400 guaranteed monthly bonus ($4800 annually)

  • Additional $600 monthly bonus based on team performance ($7200 annually)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with Latin American accounts in setting up and monitoring transportation for domestic and international orders pertaining to ocean bookings, drayage, domestic freight rates, appointments, documentation, and other duties and special projects as assigned

  • Compiling carrier and route assignment

  • Tracking, tracing, and updating shipment status

  • Filing exportation documentation

  • Sending, receiving, filing, and monitoring freight rates

  • Collaborate daily with suppliers, customers, transportation companies, and internal sales staff on all aspects of orders with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and the arrival of orders within the scheduled time.

  • Relaying all communications concerning the delivery.

  • Problem solving in a high volume atmosphere

REQUIREMENTS

  • Fully bilingual (written and spoken) in English and Spanish

  • 2 years of general professional experience

  • 4 year degree from an accredited institution

  • Knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, and outlook

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Detail oriented and efficient

  • Strong ability to multitask with speed and accuracy

  • Resiliency and ability to pivot in terms of changing assignments and priorities

  • Exhibits initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Effective customer service skills and follow through



Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
