Contract Administrative Assistant Location: Atlanta, GA 30071 Employment Type: Contract Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $19-$22 per hour LHH is teaming up with a dynamic and growing company based in Atlanta, GA, looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join their team on a contract basis. Their office environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and professional, and we pride ourselves on providing excellent service and support to both clients and team members. Job Description: As a Contract Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a warm and professional welcome. You will assist the entire office, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Greeting and directing visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages as needed
  • Managing office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining and organizing office supplies and equipment
  • Supporting various departments with administrative tasks and projects
  • Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Ensuring the office is tidy and well-organized.
Requirements:
  • 1-2+ years of administrative experience in an office setting
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
