- Greeting and directing visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages as needed
- Managing office correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining and organizing office supplies and equipment
- Supporting various departments with administrative tasks and projects
- Handling data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations
- Ensuring the office is tidy and well-organized.
- 1-2+ years of administrative experience in an office setting
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
