Job Summary:
LHH is seeking an experienced professional in billing to join our client’s team. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes, specifically within the legal industry. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in legal billing, with experience in e-billings and navigating various payment portals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal billing standards.
· Handle all aspects of e-billing, including submission, tracking, and troubleshooting via various payment portals.
· Leverage Aderant software for all billing activities, ensuring optimal use of its functionalities.
· Act as the right hand to the Billing Manager, providing essential support and ensuring smooth operational flow.
· Utilize basic Excel functions for data management and reporting.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 4 years of billing experience within the legal industry.
· Strong understanding of legal billing processes and compliance requirements.
· Extensive experience with Aderant software is required.
· Proven experience in handling e-billings and navigating various payment portals.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to work closely with the Billing Manager.
· Basic proficiency in Excel for handling billing data and generating reports.
