LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a HYBRID Talent Acquisition Specialist II for a 6 month contract position that could go permanent in Arden Hills, MN. This is for a Medical Equipment Manufacturing Company with an excellent reputation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative methods to source, evaluate, and pipeline external passive, diverse talent and talent pools.
Utilize tools such as Success Factors, Eightfold, social networking, competitive market intelligence, and industry conferences for comprehensive sourcing strategies.
Recognizes unique needs and adapts to changing customer requirements and market forces with limited supervision.
Manage multiple stakeholders within diverse businesses, aligning with their needs and priorities.
Influence hiring managers on best hiring practices and provide coaching throughout the selection process.
Qualifications:
Minimum of Bachelors degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience sourcing and attracting top diverse talent
Experience working in a matrix-centric environment
Employment Type: 6 month contract position that could go permanent; Hybrid role - Onsite 3 days per week
