- Prepare financial statements with accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile accounts including bank statements and vendor invoices.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Process journal entries and accruals.
- Assist with month-end/year-end close.
- Conduct variance analysis and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain general ledger and support audits/tax prep.
- Collaborate with finance team on data accuracy and regulations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- 2+ years in accounting/finance.
- Strong GAAP knowledge and financial reporting skills.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management and organization.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
