Radiology Support Specialist

Location: Albuquerque, NM 87109


Pay:

• 3 PM – 11 PM Shift: $17/hour base pay (+15% night shift differential)

• Overnight Shift Pay Rate: $19.55/hour

Schedule:

• Immediate Need: Tuesday & Wednesday, 3 PM – 11 PM (with occasional PRN overnight shifts)

• Full-Time Starting in July: Saturday – Wednesday, 3 PM – 11 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage incoming radiology images and reports

• Assist radiologists with case assignments and workflow coordination

• Troubleshoot technical issues related to teleradiology systems and PACS

• Communicate with hospitals, imaging centers, and physicians to ensure timely report delivery

• Maintain accurate documentation and logs for imaging studies

• Provide after-hours support for urgent imaging requests

Requirements:

• Prior experience in healthcare, radiology, or medical imaging support preferred

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills

• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules

• Availability to transition into a full-time role in July
