Part Time Office Assistant

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an accounting firm in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This company is in search of a part time office assistant to join their team. This job is Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, with an hour lunch. To be considered for this role, you MUST be comfortable only working 30-35 hours a week, as well as possess a few years of administrative experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff
  • Manage client intake and provide general office support
  • Handle filing, data entry, and office organization
  • Assist with scheduling and appointments as needed
  • Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous front office or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.) Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain a professional environment
