LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Albuquerque, NM that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time onsite Monday through Friday position. Pay range depending on experience is $16.00-$19.00 per hour.
Job Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders and addressing issues via email and telephone communication.
- Provide callers with information regarding account details, contract rates, shipping and tracking information, billing information, and other inquiries.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and friendly manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, investigate and correct errors.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls from customers for service-related issues.
- Assist customers in meeting service level requirements as outlined by the customer service supervisor.
- Identify improvements to enhance team efficiency and achieve service center goals.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned or necessary.
Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Salesforce is a plus!
- 1 year of Customer Service in a Call Center is Required.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Pay Details: $16.00 to $19.00 per hour
