Customer Service and Order Entry Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a manufacturing company in Albuquerque. This company is in search of a full time customer service and order entry representative to join their team. This job is fully in office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. This will pay up to $24/hr DOE.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Inventory Control: Oversee inventory management in accordance with SAP guidelines to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Shipping Coordination: Facilitate all tool, spare parts, and upgrade shipments both domestically and internationally, working closely with HQ and third-party shipping vendors.
  • Customer Support Management: Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries (excluding technical support) and coordinate all support functions using the SAP system.
  • Order Processing: Generate quotes and invoices for spare parts and service requests, and manage collections as necessary.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Collect and review Field Service Engineer (FSE) timesheets, utilization reports, and expense reports, and forward them to the Accounting Department for payment processing.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend Customer Support resource, operation, and project meetings, and accurately document meeting minutes.
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the FSE warehouse inventory by providing weekly reports and tracking parts or purchase orders with FSEs and customers.
  • CRM Database Management: Input and manage opportunities in the CRM database, and create and maintain all project numbers.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel logistics for field service activities as required.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other responsibilities as assigned to support the overall function of the department.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years experience in customer service and order entry, preferably in a manufacturing or related environment.
  • Proficiency with SAP and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage inventory and coordinate shipments effectively.
  • Experience with documentation and report management.
