$20.00 - $21.00 per Hour

LHH seeks an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist with invoicing and collections. The role involves maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and record incoming payments promptly.
  • Generate and send invoices and account statements.
  • Follow up on overdue invoices and address payment issues with clients.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare receivables reports.
  • Work with the finance team on cash flow management and revenue forecasting.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
  • Keep customer records updated.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
  • Experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
