Contract to hire
$20.00 - $21.00 per Hour
- Process and record incoming payments promptly.
- Generate and send invoices and account statements.
- Follow up on overdue invoices and address payment issues with clients.
- Reconcile accounts and prepare receivables reports.
- Work with the finance team on cash flow management and revenue forecasting.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing.
- Keep customer records updated.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
- Experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role.
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
