Accounts Receivable Specialist

• Efficiently process and record incoming payments.
• Create and distribute invoices and account statements.
• Pursue overdue invoices and resolve payment issues with clients.
• Reconcile accounts and generate reports on receivables.
• Work with the finance team on cash flow management and revenue forecasting.
• Assist with both month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Update customer records regularly.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or in a similar role.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
