Responsibilities:
- Handling payment disputes with tenants
- Collections and reconciliation
- Relationship building with clients
- Usage of Cash Apps
- A background in a financial related role is preferred
- An Accounting degree is required
- Must be highly knowledgeable in Microsoft Office
- Strong Excel skills
- Multitasking
- High level of professionalism at all time
- One year of experience is required
- Contract to hire
- $50,000 to $55,000 per year
- Full time 40 hours a week
- 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, In office
- Hybrid schedule after training
