STEPHANIE CATOGGIO, TRAINING MANAGER AT LHH, AWARDED AMERICAN STAFFING ASSOCIATION WOMEN IN LEADERSHIP SCHOLARSHIP
American Staffing Association recognizes Catoggio as one of eight recipients of the fourth-annual national scholarship honoring excellence and commitment to a career in staffing and recruitment

Washington, DC, August 12, 2024 — LHH, a leading integrated talent solutions provider and global business unit of the Adecco Group, is excited to announce that Stephanie Catoggio, Training Manager at LHH Recruitment Solutions, has been awarded a Women in Leadership Scholarship by the American Staffing Association.

 

With over five years of experience at LHH, Stephanie specializes in cross-functional talent development, driving revenue growth and achieving high retention rates. Her career began in talent attraction, where she honed her skills in sourcing, interviewing and aligning candidates across New York City. She evolved into an accomplished training manager, skilled in remote training, performance management and strategic planning for new hires. Stephanie excels in supporting enterprise-level clients with hiring and process establishment.

Established in 2020, the Women in Leadership Scholarship program honors rising stars who show exemplary professional growth potential and a commitment to a career in the staffing and recruiting industry.

 

Stephanie is one of only eight awardees chosen from across the country.
