People Systems Analyst

Position Overview:
As a People Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing my clients' HR systems and processes. You will collaborate with HR professionals and IT teams to ensure that our people systems are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with our organisational goals. Your analytical skills will help us make informed decisions that drive employee engagement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse, configure, and maintain HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify system requirements and enhancements, translating business needs into technical specifications.
- Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
- Provide ongoing support and training to HR staff and end-users, ensuring they are equipped to utilise the systems effectively.
- Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into workforce metrics, trends, and performance.
- Assist in the implementation of new HR technologies and tools, ensuring a smooth transition and user adoption.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments, managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Stay informed on industry best practises and emerging trends in HR technology to recommend improvements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in HR systems administration or analysis, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in HRIS platforms - SAP SuccessFactors experience essential
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
