Responsibilities:

  Leading and managing audit assignments to deliver high-quality results.

• Overseeing client engagements and mentoring team members throughout the process.
• Reviewing work, offering constructive feedback, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Serving as the primary client contact, discussing progress, financial insights, and business issues.
• Monitoring project profitability, billings, and collections.
• Engaging in networking and activities to strengthen client relationships.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
• Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
• Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.
• Proficiency in audit software and databases.
• Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Sound independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
