Corporate & Commercial Solicitor - Locum

Corporate and Commercial Solicitor or Lawyer required by my client on a locum basis.

This a broad role which will include mergers and acquisitions of various size and complexity, corporate restructuring, shareholders' agreements, LLP and partnership matters and commercial contracts including sale of goods and services, IT and IP, and data protection.

The firm are trying to hire on a permanent basis so this role will be on-going while they recruit. (3 months +)

This is a Hybrid position with some office attendance necessary in the firms office based in Reading.
