Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Leading audit assignments to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality audit files.
- Overseeing daily activities and progress on client engagements.
- Mentoring and supervising team members, fostering their professional development.
- Reviewing work and assignments, providing constructive feedback to improve team performance.
- Interacting directly with clients to discuss audit progress, address concerns, and provide financial insights.
- Contributing to networking initiatives and strengthening client relationships.
- Managing engagement profitability, including billing and collections.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- UK practice experience.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.
- Proficiency in audit software and databases.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Sound independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
