Interim Commercial Lawyer Vacancies

We are currently working with a range of clients across multiple sectors that are looking to recruit Commercial Lawyers on an interim basis in the North of England.

What you'll be doing:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client contracts and scopes of service, ensuring all provisions are clear and favourable.
• Working on various supplier agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions align with our client's best interests.
• Reviewing agreements and contract terms with new clients, providing valuable insights for negotiations.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth contract management throughout the organisation.
• Utilising your experience in technology agreements, including SaaS, framework agreements, Statements of Work, and licensing, to provide tailored legal solutions.

What we're looking for:

• Extensive experience working on commercial contracts, with a deep understanding of contract law principles.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to advocate for our client's interests while maintaining positive relationships.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with technology agreements, including SaaS, framework agreements, Statements of Work, and licensing, is highly desirable.
