LHH is excited to partner with a leading, growing top 100 firm in Manchester, seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, lead audit and account assignments, and drive team performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prioritise audit and account assignments to meet deadlines.
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring clear communication and addressing queries.
Supervise and guide junior staff, providing feedback and support.
Prepare budgets, monitor targets, and ensure billing adherence.
Ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards.
Liaise with internal teams and handle administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA qualified with extensive audit and accounts practice experience.
Strong client relationship management and leadership abilities.
Knowledge of FRS, IFRS, and regulatory obligations.
Experience with risk assessment, problem-solving, and using accounting software (Caseware and CCH beneficial).
Effective time management, communication, and organisational skills.
