About the Team:
Join a small team ensuring that new or changed services are designed and supportable at Go-Live, representing EXTERNAL Clients, Service Management, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Design: Support design of new/changed services for external clients, including processes, systems, roles, resources, and suppliers.
- Transition Planning: Develop and maintain Service Transition Plans, ensuring all criteria are met.
- Governance & Readiness: Implement robust governance, ensure operational readiness, and manage risks.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Project Managers, Operations Managers, and Clients for seamless transitions.
- Continuous Improvement: Review and update the Service Transition methodology.
What You Bring:
- Experience in IT change implementation and service transition within a global business.
- Strong project management skills, ideally with Prince 2/Agile methodologies.
- ITIL/Project Management certification.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage diverse stakeholders and third-party delivery.
- Experience in transition management, infrastructure, and application service planning.
