My client is currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join the London team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the delivery of projects in line with the business HR agenda and future growth plans.
Duties include:
* Design and delivery of management development programmes and organisational design projects.
* Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management and employee development.
* Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
* Analyse trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
* Drive organisational change initiatives and support cultural transformation.
You will have:
* Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
* Proven ability to influence and build relationships with senior leaders.
* Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
