Litigation Solicitor (NQ - 3 PQE)
Location: Central London (Hybrid - 2 Days Office-Based) Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum + Excellent Bonus Experience: NQ - 3 Years PQE (Solicitor or Legal Executive)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor with experience in landlord & tenant law and property disputes to join a well-regarded top ranked law firm in Central London. The role offers exposure to high-quality work, a supportive team environment, and clear career progression.
The Role:
- Handling a varied caseload of residential and commercial landlord & tenant disputes, including:
- Possession claims (section 8 & section 21)
- Lease renewals, rent arrears recovery & service charge disputes
- Unlawful eviction, harassment & housing disrepair claims
- Forfeiture, dilapidation's & breach of covenant matters
- Advising on tenancy agreements and complex property disputes
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to develop expertise in litigation and work with a dynamic and collaborative team.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (NQ - 3 PQE) with experience in property litigation
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload with supervision as required
- A proactive and client-focused approach
