Interim Senior Legal Counsel

Are you an experienced Senior Legal Counsel looking for a new challenge in the Retail/FMCG industry? Our client, a leading organisation in the Retail/FMCG sector, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Legal Counsel to join their dynamic and innovative team on a fixed-term contract basis.

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal advice and guidance on a wide range of commercial, marketing, advertising, new product, logistics, and privacy matters.
• Collaborate closely with various departments to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks.
• Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other business partners.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting the Retail industry and provide proactive legal counsel.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in the Retail or Consumer Goods sector.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, marketing, advertising, new product, logistics, and privacy laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.

You must be a qualified Laywer in the UK, or have at least 3 years UK Exeperience within a Retail/FMCG team.
