Job Title: Interim Legal Counsel
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract
Contract Length: 6 months
Location: London - Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days at home)
Our client is seeking an Interim Legal Counsel with experience in data protection, marketing, and consumer law to join their successful legal team on a 6-month basis. Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will work closely with various teams and functions, ensuring compliance and providing legal support.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance data protection compliance.
- Manage marketing, consumer regulatory, and privacy-related enquiries.
- Conduct privacy impact assessments for marketing campaigns.
- Review, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts.
- Mitigate risks through contract review and management.
- Manage a portfolio of small claims litigation.
- Collaborate with the Group Legal team on global initiatives.
