Interim Commercial Counsel

Our client a leader in sustainable infrastructure is seeking a commercial counsel to join on a 6 month interim basis.

This role sits within the legal & company secretarial team, providing strategic advice, governance support, and commercial legal services across a wide range of sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts
• Supporting data protection compliance and handling DSARs
• Advising on risk, compliance, and intellectual property matters
• Engaging directly with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Supporting legal and governance frameworks across business units

Ideal Candidate:

• UK or Common Law qualified Lawyer
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills
• Experience in data protection and IP/software/consultancy agreements a plus
