Role: HR Advisor

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations, and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programmes that enhance employee skills and performance.
- Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance within the organisation.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programmes that align with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
- Contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR advisory or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
