Finance Manager / Head of Finance Location: North West London Salary: Up to £80,000 (depending on experience) Type: Full-time, On-site (with potential flexibility)
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager / Head of Finance on behalf of our client, a growing business based in NW London. This role offers a competitive salary of up to £80k, dependent on experience, and an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monthly Management Accounts: Prepare and review management accounts for a portfolio of UK companies.
- Financial & Compliance Processes: Ensure robust financial and compliance processes are in place.
- Cost & Revenue Analysis: Perform thorough analysis of costs, revenue, and financial commitments.
- General Ledger Management: Oversee general ledger activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Cash Flow Management: Implement efficient cash flow strategies to optimise business operations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver effective business partnering with key stakeholders through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements:
- Must be ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified.
- Proven experience in financial management and management accounting.
- Manufacturing background would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and manage financial processes independently.
- Excellent communicator with a track record of successful business partnering.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
This is an office-based role with the potential for some flexibility depending on the candidate's needs and fit with the team.
