LHH are pleased to be supporting our client, a multinational organisation specialising in the design, implementation, and servicing of energy systems. Following investment by acquisition, and steady growth in their legal team over the last few years, they are seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to join their team as they enter their next phase of growth.
You'll provide legal advice and support on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Handle non-contentious and contentious legal matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to review and negotiate contracts, including industry standard forms of contract.
Qualifications:
- Qualified solicitor with at least 4 years PQE.
- Experience in both non-contentious and contentious construction law, preferably gained in-house or in private practice.
- Familiarity with industry standard forms of contract, such as FIDIC, is desirable but not essential.
- Experience working with contractors is preferred but not required.
