Working Pattern: Full-time, with occasional travel between offices (Leeds, Sheffield) and flexibility for remote work
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning & Development Advisor to join our client's professional services firm. As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering engaging training content to support colleagues across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content to support colleagues in person and virtually.
- Conduct learning needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
- Lead interactive workshops to foster learning and development.
- Ensure the management of content on the Learning Management System.
- Partner with key departments to create continuous learning opportunities.
- Measure the impact of training initiatives and refine programmes.
Key Skills and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in a Learning and Development role.
- Strong communication skills and excellent time management.
- Positive attitude with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems and content creation.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their use in enhancing learning processes.
- Mindfulness and emotional intelligence to navigate different learning preferences.
Desirable Skills:
- CIPD or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience supporting apprentices or junior colleagues.
- Experience working remotely or in a hybrid environment.
- Data-driven approach to refine learning interventions.
