- Lead all marketing, partnerships, and guest experience activities

- Curate digital, PR, and marketing content to engage the right audiences
- Represent marketing at the board level, providing strategic input
- Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all communication channels
- Project manage marketing initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met
- Monitor and operate within the yearly budget for cost-effective activities
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Proven success in developing and executing revenue-driving strategies
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
