LHH is delighted to be working with our Edinburgh-based client, to appoint a Corporate Service Coordinator to join their busy Business Support Team.
This role will provide a professional level of support to the Director Corporate Services and the wider organisation; including the legal and procurement team. This is a busy and varied role, which will including supporting in the production and collation of Microsoft PowerPoint presentations and the formatting of documents, such as reports, in Microsoft Word, ensuring timely output and accuracy of detail. You will also be involved in assisting colleagues in bespoke projects where required. Working with a variety of stakeholders daily, you will build and maintain excellent working relationships with colleagues, key contacts and suppliers.
We are looking for an individual with a professional manner and a pro-active approach to problem solving. The role will require multi-tasking and prioritisation to ensure deadlines are met, therefore it is important that you have excellent planning and organisation skills. You will have the willingness and the ability to work positively and proactively with colleagues and others by creating open and honest working relationships to achieve the best possible outcomes.
