Our client is seeking a Rewards Specialist for a temporary role in London, offering a daily rate between £230 and £330. This is your chance to make an impact while working flexibly with a minimum of one day in the office.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the go-to contact for all reward and benefit queries.
  • Support annual reward processes, including salary and bonus reviews.
  • Administer Flexible Benefits packages, ensuring smooth operations with external providers.
  • Oversee RSU grants and equity plans, managing communication and documentation.
  • Collaborate on Global Pension administration and governance.
  • Create insightful reports to support HR and business needs.
  • Assist in executing the total rewards strategy, aligned with organisational goals.
  • Address pay data analysis, compliance, and benchmarking to enhance competitiveness.
  • Develop engaging employee communications about total rewards offerings.

What We're Looking For:


  • Ideally several years experience in Reward,Compensation and Benefits.
  • Familiarity with equity administration and pay transparency initiatives.
  • Strong data analysis skills, especially in Microsoft Excel. 📈
  • Excellent communication abilities to engage various audiences.
  • A structured approach to problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
