Reward Compensation Analyst - 12-month Fixed Term Contract - Full Time


Are you a driven and detail-oriented professional with experience in Hay job evaluation methodology, looking to join a dynamic team? Responsibilities:


  • Conducting in-depth analysis of compensation data, including salary surveys, market trends, and internal benchmarking.
  • Developing and implementing innovative reward programmes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborating with HR business partners to ensure alignment of compensation practises with company objectives.
  • Providing insightful recommendations and reports to senior management on compensation matters.
  • Managing the performance and effectiveness of the organisation's compensation plans.

Requirements:


  • Solid experience in compensation analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent knowledge of compensation and benefit practises and trends including Hay Methodology
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
