Contract Type: Temporary Daily Rate: £700 - £1000 Contract Length: 12 months Working Pattern: Full Time
Are you an experienced HR Pensions Consultant looking to make a significant impact? Join our client's dedicated team, supporting the trustees of their UK and Ireland pension arrangements.
As a key member of a small team, you will work with a diverse range of pension plans, including a combined DB and DC Pension Plan with approximately £4bn in assets, alongside various legacy plans. Your expertise will ensure that these plans are governed to the highest standards and comply with UK Pensions legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
π Ensure effective governance of pension plans in line with the Trustee business plan.
π Facilitate and manage recurring and one-off pension projects, such as investment de-risking and GMP equalisation.
π€ Collaborate with external advisors, including actuaries and legal experts, to enhance pension management.
π Support the entire scheme lifecycle, from statutory disclosures to validating contributions.
π¬ Address employee and member queries escalated via the pension administrator, including IDRP cases.
π£ Manage communication with members and employees, including newsletters and annual benefit statements.
